The speakers were George Gascon (unopposed candidate for re-election as District Attorney); three candidates (Wendy Aragon, Alex Randall [incumbent], and Jason Zeng) for one seat on the Community College Board; Rob Vanravenswaay for Proposition C (proposed requirements for “expenditure lobbyists”), Jack Baer for and Jon Golinger against Proposition D (proposed Mission Rock development); Dale Carlson for and George Marshall against Proposition F (further limitations on short-term rentals of residential property), and David Salavery for and Armand Domalewski against Proposition I (an 18-month moratorium on certain development in the Mission District).
