We fondly remember longtime SHARP Board member Fran Abenheimer, who died on November 21, 2016, at age 86.

John Stanley, host of the popular TV show “Creature Features” from years back, will relive both his experiences on that fun horror show as well as his career as an entertainment journalist, during which he interviewed stars such as Lucille Ball, Bob Hope, and Woody Allen.  Saturday, November 5, 7-9 p.m., SHARP groundfloor meeting place, 1736 9th Avenue.

Marian Olsson turned 105 on January 22.  The party was on January 31—another full house of family, friends, and neighbors to greet the birthday girl.  She said (among other things), “You keep me going.”
