Michael Meehan entertained  SHARP members and guests for 90 minutes with stories of starting out in stand up comedy and the tribulations of starting in small comedy venues where most of the audience may have been just more comedians waiting for their turn. This was mixed with his stories of growing up here in the Sunset.

Michael also shared hilarious behind the scenes commentary of the comedy-horror film he directed. How the crew waited to get the perfect shot of the N Judah, filming scenes of half eaten bodies turning up all over San Francisco – including Turtle Hill – and how many residents happily joined in the making of the film.
