Supervisor Sean Elsbernd came to the S.H.A.R.P. meeting July 30th, in bermuda shorts!  You can always tell when someone is NOT running for re-election.  He pleaded that he was just back from vacation.  At age 35, he is retiring to private life, having been termed out.  He has a 3 year old son and wife at home, so no run for the Assembly.  Maybe he can run for Mayor in a while.

The guy kept late hours at City Hall, and answered his emails—more than he owed us.  He was a fiscal watch dog, and we need that.
