Stop Crime SF Forum on Our Drug Crisis

Thursday, March 24, 2022

On March 24th S.H.A.R.P. sponsored a Zoom public forum on San Francisco’s drug .  In the last two years, more than 1,360 San Franciscans have been murdered via drug overdoses, primarily with fentanyl.  This is twice the number of people who have died from COVID. Why is this happening in our city?  What can we do to prevent this ongoing tragedy?

Our expert panel includes Ginny Burton,  a recovering addict; Tom Ostly, former San Francisco District Attorney’s Office Crime Strategies Unit.
