SHARP is open to anyone who lives or works in the area bounded by Lincoln Way on the north; Arguello, Parnassus, 5th Avenue, Kirkham, 6th Avenue, Warren Drive, and Laguna Honda on the east; Dewey-Taraval on the south; and 19th Avenue on the west.
