SHARP Board member Charles Head served as secretary on the Civil Grand Jury panel that recently issued a report on the city’s parks.

The report recommended steps to improve Rec and Parks’ planning systems, accountability, and transparency. It also recommended the development of a plan to conduct preventative maintenance and to limit growth in deferred maintenance.
